Style & Medium:
Works primarily as landscape artist  in acrylic and moving into oil  while utilizing a modified impressionistic style.  Favorite images are captured travels in the United States including: country scenes, sea views, farmland, woodlands, golf courses, beaches, flower gardens and lakes.

Background:
Kasondra started drawing at an early age and continued throughout school and college.  Art was set aside for degrees in Information Systems and Transportation.  Art resurfaced as a strong interest as her children developed interests in film and Anne King, a good friend, suggested art classes.

Studies:
Classes with Lou Jones (well known Washington, DC artist represented in the Phillips Collection and National Museum of Women in Art).
Classes with Mike Frances a well known artist and instructor at the Virginia Art League(Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, Virginia).
